• Coached a women's semi-professional tackle football team

• Successfully ran a FitCamp for 5 years

• Currently a trainer at Dream Performance, working with athletes from youth to collegiate levels

• Certified with NFPT and NASM as a Sports Performance Enhancement Trainer

Playing Background:

• High school football standout at West Mesquite High, earning All-District and All-City honors

• Played college football at WTAMU on a scholarship before transferring to New Mexico State University

• Competed professionally in arena football for 4 years
